I have worked in the audio industry for almost a quarter century- longer if you include my nearly 7 years in radio broadcasting. I have worked in radio. I have sold radios. I have helped manufacture radios. I have written about radio. I own vintage radios. I am an avid radio listener. In this latest chapter, I scour the Internet radio highway to bring you an interesting Internet radio station every month via Patreon.

While in college I interned at Boston rock station WBCN-FM and hosted a mainstream jazz show on my college‚Äôs radio station, WERS-FM. I worked at AM & FM stations all over New England….WPRO-AM (RI), WHDH-AM (Boston), The Talk America Radio Network (MA), WLNH-FM, WBHG-FM, and WEMJ-AM (New Hampshire), and WBACH and WQEZ-FM (Maine) to name just a few.

I exited radio altogether to work for Cambridge SoundWorks, a company that pioneered selling made in Massachusetts loudspeakers via mail order and later over something new called the Internet.

From CSW I moved on to B&W Loudspeaker’s and Rotel’s Parts and Service Department.

Then it was on to Tivoli Audio in 2000 where I worked for 15 years as Senior Product Manager.

After Tivoli I joined Como Audio in early 2016 as V.P. of Product Development.

In late 2021 I decided to launch RecommendedStations.com to offer my Internet station recommendations and blog articles to a larger audience.*

I am glad you found your way here and I hope you enjoy the content. It is a result of a lifetime love affair with radio, audio equipment, and music, and it comes to you from my soul.
